AI-powered client acquisition for financial services

Twenty years filling rooms. Now I fill pipelines.

I'm Dan Reddish. I help mortgage brokers, IFAs and wealth managers build their own pipeline of high-value clients on LinkedIn, so they stop waiting on referrals, portals and bought leads.

The free tier includes the Define Your £1M+ Client course and the global deal network.

The tooling

Prospect IQ, the research bit, done in under a minute.

Finding one decent high-net-worth prospect used to cost me about four hours. Companies House in one tab, the FCA Register in another, LinkedIn in a third, then writing a message I hoped would land.

So we built the thing that does it. You give it a market, it comes back with scored prospects and a three-step message sequence ready to send. It is the same research step I teach in the Sprint, just without the four hours.

Real numbers, from named people, with the timeframes attached.

I'll be honest, I'd rather show you four clients properly than forty logos. Every figure below is confirmed in writing by the person it belongs to.

And a few more, in their own words.

Posted by members in the community as they happened. Names held back until each person has cleared being quoted publicly.

Broker · two weeks in
Just under £1m

Borrowing on a decision in principle that was accepted, part of it ported. A DIP, not completed business. Her words: a client she would not otherwise have been on the radar of.

Broker · three months in
140 conversations

From 1,200 invites, 36% of them accepted. Six fact finds and decisions in principle done, three more booked that week.

Adviser · month one
£3,300

Plus protection, from three fact finds and one application in his first month. Over £1.3m of lending. He handed his notice in that week and went self-employed.

Protection specialist · military niche
£1k

Commission on his first sale, a mortgage protection policy, plus a PMI agency paying recurring commission. A slow niche, and he said so himself.

Commercial broker · four weeks in
£19m project

A developer whose finance broker had failed him rang about a £19m build. Conversations opened, nothing placed yet. His words, not mine.

What these are not
Not typical

These are individual results over the timeframes stated. Some are enquiries and conversations rather than completed business, and they are labelled that way on purpose.

About

I started out filling nightclubs in Doncaster. Turns out filling a pipeline isn't that different.

I spent fourteen years promoting club nights across Doncaster, Leeds and Sheffield. No degree, no marketing training, just working out what people actually respond to and then doing it again and again.

In 2010 I turned that into a marketing agency, mostly hospitality clients. Then COVID hit and half the business went overnight. The hospitality world had stopped, but the two mortgage brokers on my books were busier than they had ever been.

So I stripped everything else out and focused on financial services. That was five years ago. Since then I've worked with hundreds of brokers, planners and wealth managers on the same problem: how do you get in front of the clients you actually want, without buying leads or waiting for someone to refer you?

The answer usually isn't more activity. It's getting specific about who you serve, then building a system that reaches those people consistently. AI makes that far quicker than it used to be. What used to take me four hours of research per prospect now takes about thirty seconds. That's the beauty of it.

I'm based in South Yorkshire, I've got a young family, and the whole point of building it this way is so you get your time back too. Work less, earn more, enjoy life. That isn't a slogan I put on a mug, it's the actual test I apply to everything I build.
